The Centre for Learning and Innovation (CLI) is more than a library with its vibrant, well-appointed, engaging flexible study spaces. The CLI gives students a learning and social space to collaborate, research, learn, share and engage. The staff work to develop a reading culture and raise the levels of information literacy across the college by leading students through processes which empower them to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers and skillful, efficient and discerning researchers. The CLI is also a gathering point for co-curricular activities such as public speaking, debating, chess and Newman workshops.
The Oliver library management system, together with the ACEN digital library provide 24/7 access to a wealth of authentic, authoritative, age appropriate resources to specifically meet student and staff needs.
Resources include fiction and non-fiction books, ebooks, audiobooks, videos, journals, encyclopaedias, articles, websites, learning objects, CDs and DVDs.
